Prior to your initial consultation, you will complete a pre-consultation questionnaire. Leading up to your appointment, our team will review your responses in order to get a general idea of your project and to start brainstorming design concepts and solutions.

During your initial consultation, we will discuss project ideas, solutions to problem areas, design concepts, value-driven decision making for your space, and begin forming a general job scope.

With input from our whole team and trusted subcontractors, we will develop a comprehensive job scope and first draft estimate. From there, we will schedule a meeting to review your estimate and start discussing next steps. We will work with you continuously to develop an accurate estimate and job scope based on your input and expectations and our professional expertise.

Due to high demand, please expect a 2-3 week waiting period after your initial consultation before receiving an estimate and scheduling your second meeting.

Once the job scope and estimate have been agreed on and finalized, we ask our clients to sign a retainer and pay a deposit to hold their place in our schedule and begin the design and selections phase.

Once you’ve accepted your estimate and your retainer has been signed, you will move into the design and selections phase of the process. Our team will provide support for your project’s layout and design, shopping, selections, ordering, and delivery management. We will work closely with you to manage all aspects of your project, including shopping alongside you in-person and online, working with our trusted vendors to ensure the best pricing for your materials, tracking purchasing needs, placing orders as it aligns with your project schedule, and ensuring no aspect of your project is missed or forgotten.
